The Doctor
We're having Chicken Tortilla Soup tonight. With the passing of Apollo, Janelle wants only comfort food for the next few days, and I'll oblige her as she wishes. :) Yo ho ho! Or does nobody actually say that? Silkie McDonough
Didn't cook. Seldom do. A friend took me to a Nouvelle Indian place ...FANTASTIC! They even found a way to make spinich crispy! Okay, they made it unhealthy also by frying it but it was worth it! Well worth it being a relative term ...I didn't pay. Christine
Cook? What's that? I heat stuff up in the microwave or buy something out. Tonight was Taco Bell, a place I have not eaten from in a very long time. It just sounded good tonight. :)

Caper Captain
Since it's the last day of summer break I think I might just grab some pizza or something else quick. I've not yet even begun the school year and already I have twenty projects I need to do. (Yay EC activities!)
Cap'n Pete Straw
Threw a freaking frozen pizza in the oven. When the heck did this topic thread pop up? Jeez, I have posted some really good recipes here in the Pub... you're simply going to have to wait until I feel more creative and am not exhausted. Aurore Devareaux
God I miss home!!! Here the leaves just turn brown and fall off, for the most part. I do love food from home, best thing I learned down here was how to sling some Cajun / Creole. Talk about something to keep you warm in the Cold Months. Shepard's Pie...I do adore a good S.P. Red-Handed Jill
I did a pizza medley. Instead of one pizza, I made four different types of small ones. - Caramelized onions and garlic (mmm...garlic!) - Spinach - Sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil - Broccoli And oddly enough, before reading this thread, I decided to make my own version of shepherd's pie for tomorrow (vegetarian - and it's so good even dyed-in-the-wool carnivores rave about it.) Ransom
Tonight= BBQ grilled fresh tuna steaks. (It's good to be close to the coast!) Diced home-grown tomatoes and cukes, tossed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Beer bread, made with Oregon Rogue Honey Ale. Beer/wine ...schooners, islands, and maroons and buccaneers and buried gold... You can do everything right, strictly according to procedure, on the ocean, and it'll still kill you.
