Mick MacAnselan
For those who have Pedrsoli Queen Anne pistols, what size balls do you shoot? I know it's a '.50 caliber' pistol, but would that mean a .490 or .495 ball or something else? TIA. The Dread Pyrate MacAnselan aka Mick
HarborMaster
I shoot .490 with a greased patch in mine. I am not Lost .,I am Exploring. HarborMaster
.05 just doesnt provide enough windage. Especially with your patch. Also consider this., after 1 shot the barrel will be fouled and it would be difficult to load a 2nd or 3rd time., youd be cleaning between each shot. I usually keep a tooth pik in the vent during loading.,then pull the pik and prime the pan.., only cleaning every 8 to 10 shots. Definitely run the 4-Ninety :) I am not Lost .,I am Exploring.
