I also would like to have a leather sheath since I'll be wearing it on my belt and don't want to be slicing my arms up when I'm walking. Thanks for your help. It doesn't have one of those ornate spikes in the back - more of a plain, very solid point. Plus it has ears so the axe head is extremely secure.
