Red Dog Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 'lo Mates, I had the excellent fortune to attend a wedding this weekend and was introduced to a fantastic Tequila called " Pinka Azule" . It was a bit pricey "$11.00 a shot" but it was the smoothest tequila I've ever had. But I'm gonna stick with my favorite, Capt. Morgans "Tattoo" Hows 'bout you?

Zephaniah W Nash Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I'm a fervent believer in Shinerbock, meself. Texas microbrew that has started getting shipped about outside the state. The flavor of a dark beer, but without sittin' so heavy that ya start getting full before ya start getting buzzed...

But if ye bump inta me at a Faire, me flask will always be filled wit' tha Captain's Tattoo mate. :) "There be the chest, inside be the gold, we took them all. Spent them and traded them. We frittered them away on drink and food and pleasurable company. The more we gave them away, the more we came to realize... the drink would not satisfy, food turned to ash in our mouths, and all the pleasurable company in the world could not slake our lust. We are cursed men....Compelled by greed we were, and now we are consumed by it."
Silent Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I'm not a big beer fan but I'll drink it if there isn't anything else. My favorties are Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum Rum and Coke Jack and Coke Home made grog
Asukaru Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I discovered on the Fourth of July that Dr Pepper and Coconut Rum is actually not too shabby at all. You can barely taste the rum and it sneaks up on you real quick Confessions of a Wicked Wench ~ Myspace! ~ Handlebars @ DeviantArt
Rummy3 Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 I used to drynk this grog concoction because I thought I liked it - but lately I have been enjoying Raspberry Margaritas more than anything! WooHoo - huzzah for hot summer nights and frozen drynks!

Captain Midnight Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 For beer, my absolute favorite is Newcastle Brown Ale, imported from England. For the wee bit harder, I likes Captain Morgan's Tatoo. "Now then, me bullies! LongTom Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 Believe it or not, grog, as per the O'Brian novels: 1 part rum, 3 parts water. Entirely too easy to drink too much of it. For drinking neat, why, Pyrat XO Reserve, of course.
