I was watching the very dreamy and very well fit Tyrone Powers

In the Mask of Zoro Twice in the flim (in the begining and at the very end) he tossed his sword up and stuck into ceiling. He did this again in the Black Swan When he "Bunked with" Maureen O'Hare.

So what is the deal with this trick, I mean was he showing off one day and some one said that's neat, we need to get that on flim.

I belive he was staging the sword for quick action. If he were to be attacked his sword would be right there and ready rather than having to fumble with his scabord and other equipment.

BTW The "black Swan" is on sale in DVD format at "FYE" at the Irvine Spectrum for $5.00. Just got a copy. If ya'll trust my I'll get you a copy and mail it to you. PM me and we'll work out the "hows" and "what if's"
