Capt. Sterling
^ When it comes to converting folks to pyracy, well I've corrupted many a fine youth in my day... sh*te that sounds bloody awful!! < My oldest is even worse than I am when it comes to pirates... and to think FBH had to drag her off the POC ride at Disney World, kicking and screaming because she was too afraid to get in the boat! I staid and went on with the youngest V How many times have you been on the POC ride down at either Disney World or Disneyland? Hmm...gotta to have the front seat first time in! < Ms. Cheeky Actress, so glad you are good sport! All in good fun. Always a good sport, Dearie! Isn't that right, Johnny? The Chapman
^ Bagheera the panther. > Humorless, task-oriented and excessively focussed, and needs to generally loosen up (Balloo: "Get with the beat, Baggy, baby!"). Although my favorite cartoons are the 'Wolf and Sheepdog' Chuck Jones set-pieces. Brilliant. Don't get me started about animation... V Passing along. William Brand
^ I don't know how to answer that so I asked Maeve. She said I'm a combination of Peter Pan, Robin Hood, Darkwing Duck and Tarzan. She either thinks I'm eclectic, or she thinks I'm a childish, hairy, wild man with webbed feet. < I can live with that. V I'll pass the question. Ransom
^ I have no idea what cartoon character I'm like. Probably Wile E Coyote - always trying for the gold ring, and never quite grabbing it - but never giving up. My favorite cartoon character was the old Popeye - before the animation went cheapo. I loved Alice the Goon, and Jeep the dog - at least, I think it was a dog. Tom Hatton Popeye cartoons on Saturday nights - with the "Finish the swiggle contest." < I've been on the POTC ride dozens of times. I even got stuck on it once, at the very end, hanging at a 45 degree angle while the town burned around me and shots pinged overhead. They closed the ride, and we were the last ones rescued off the boats. My ex husband was passing around a flask of rum while we waited. Tell truth, after having to listen to it for about 40 min., I was REALLY sick of the Yo Ho Yo Ho song for a long time. V Ever get stuck on a ride anywhere? ...schooners, islands, and maroons and buccaneers and buried gold...
