Mr_Scabbs Posted May 13, 2006 Posted May 13, 2006 Ahoy! The captain posted this on MySpace, but then he remembered that there's an excellent pirate community here that can offer valuable insight. The Seabeaver is looking to develop some stickers (classic b&w) that we'll be giving away for free in the future for advertisement purposes. Nothing too detailed--just keepin' it simple. Right now we have four concept ideas, and we were hoping people could vote and decide which ones they like best. We might make some alterations, but this is what we have so far... - Mr. Scabbs www.seabeaver.net 1) This is the classic skull logo. 2) This is the skull logo with a cannon. 3) This is the skull logo crazy drunk. 4) This is the skull logo looking classy--with rum spilling behind him. Thanks in advance for your help! ARRR! "I like nachos. Mermaid nachos." The Seabeaver - Official Website Facebook MySpace Twitter * * * * * * * *
Cut-throat Posted May 13, 2006 Posted May 13, 2006 I like the first one. Something about the simplicity of it speaks volumes.
Shipwreck John Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 I have to agree with my mate Cutthroat. I like your page the commercials are great!! Shipwreck Adventurer of Independent Means TALL SAILS AND MERMAIDS TAILS, THIS BE THE LIFE FOR ME "THEM THAT DIE WILL BE THE LUCKY ONES"
Captian Wolfy Wench Posted May 26, 2006 Posted May 26, 2006 On a pirate flag, simplicity is key. I like the first one too, but I also like the one with the canon, since it's different than most others. But simplify it more, I guess, if you want to use it or the two below it. :)
Mr_Scabbs Posted June 23, 2006 Author Posted June 23, 2006 YARRR!!! The Seabeaver just scored a whole bunch of 2.13 x 2.75 black and white classic style Seabeaver logo stickers today. As you can see, we went with the traditional look. So many of you just agreed on that design, that we decided to run with it! If you're interested, send me a private message with your mailing address so I can hook you up with some. (It's best to message us at redbeard@seabeaver.net.) We hope that you'll choose to place them somewhere visibly out in the open, as our intention is to gain more and more exposure. But if you just so happen to slap them on your ass because it's a weird fetish of yours, well...we understand. - Red Beard and crew Seabeaver.net "I like nachos. Mermaid nachos."
