The Doctor Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Amazing! It's the ghost of Dr. Zaius, from "Planet of the Apes"! Just an interesting trick of light and shadow. If you look long enough, you can see at least a half dozen "faces". :) Yo ho ho! Or does nobody actually say that?

Zephaniah W Nash Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Ghosts - you gotta believe in 'em to see 'em... As stagehand trash I've worked in quite a few theatres, and any theatre older than five years is haunted by one or more ghoulies - I think it's a union rule. Never seen nothin' I couldn't explain, even when that explanation is that the spirit in question came out of a bottle...
Caraccioli Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Ghosts - you gotta believe in 'em to see 'em...As stagehand trash I've worked in quite a few theatres, and any theatre older than five years is haunted by one or more ghoulies - I think it's a union rule. Never seen nothin' I couldn't explain, even when that explanation is that the spirit in question came out of a bottle... We were given a fifty or sixty year-old theatre for use as a haunted house one year. A pack of loons...er, I mean...a group of ghost hunters came in and photo imaged the place or some such nonsense. Really put a cramp in the construction schedule because they wanted all the power off to do it. They found several ghosts hanging about which made for some nice PR, but scared the gullible...um... more spiritually inclined workers so that they wouldn't work certain haunts by themselves. I suppose the free PR was at least worth something. It was supposed to be a haunted house, after all. "You're supposed to be dead!" "Am I not?"
CaptainCiaran Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Blimey! I see the face of a fierce-looking catfish there in the rock beside ye, Oderlesseye. And, Capt. Siren, that is indeed the orb of some faery being! Cool. Of course none of it may mean anything, but it's fun to believe it is. Life would be pretty dull without the 'could it be's. lady snow Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 as having been a resident of several 'haunted' homes - we are not alone. there's a lot that has happened that i can't otherwise explain and i'm not the only witness, you can believe what you want, but i know they are there. (and i'm not afraid of them either) ~snow with faith, trust and pixiedust, everything is possible if it be tourist season, why can't we shoot them? Black Syren Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 Aye Lady Snow i know what you mean. Grew up with the water turning on by itself in the middle of the night, doors opening and closing and voices..My new home we had blessed because we had weird things happening, glass shattering like a broken window, footsteps, the bed shifting like someone was getting in it with you, My daughter sleeps across form our guest bedroom, during the day she will play in there at night she makes sure the door is closed and she sits all her stuffed animals in front of her door. We live next to a cemetary that the outlaw Sam Bass was laid to rest and there is also an unmarked Slave Cemetary in the corner. Tis very sad to see..But all my neighbors pretty much have some weird stories to tell. So yeah Ill keep me ghosties, they make life intresting..*grins* http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v519/Dara286/trident01-11.png If you got a dream chase it, cause a dream won't chase you back...(Cody Johnson Till you Can't)
