Not too detailed, but it is a genuine cross section of a man of war from about 1690.

Since there were vast differences in layout depending on size, type and nationality of vessel (there were also vast similarities of course), what is it that you're after?

I'd like to have something to use as a template for when I decorate my house. I wouldn't mind the feeling of actually being in a room inside a ship (minus the rockin' of course). Surprised there isn't more around. No walking tours or anything. Must....get....to....ocean!

Here, if you click the different tabs on the side, there's some fine pictures of HMS Victory.

A couple images from the Endeavour can be seen here.

The next time I am down at the harbor and remember to take my camera I will take some picture below deck of the HMS surprise for you. I have a buddy that was an extra on that ship for the filming of Master and Commander, I will see if he has any pictures.

Thanks fer the help Foxe. The cross-sections do well t' help identify where things are, however I'm looking more for something like Killian's idea of walk-through photos. I do appreciate everyones help on this!

Hangin at Execution dock awaits. May yer Life be a long and joyous adventure in gettin there!
As he was about to face the gallows there, the pirate is said to have tossed a sheaf of papers into the crowd, taunting his audience with these final words:

"My treasure to he who can understand."

Great Etchin's there, 'Eye. Not to get off-topic, but I've a big favor to ask: can you find out where the Surprise got those flint cannon locks? I've searched all over and cannot find a supplier. Any help would be great.

Mad Matt,

Get off yer bloomin arse and get yerself over to the coast for yer own looksee. There be plenty of tallships to have a look at. The Surprise, the Spirit of Dana Point, the Pilgrim, the Lynx, the Exy Johnson and the Lady Washington to name just a few. Take the plunge, mate, and feel the salty air.
