Black Hearted Pearl
As far as hurricane season, it's not as bad as these damnable little no-see-ums that love my legs so much!! A bunch of us pirates were just talking about those, in relation to the Corona Pirate Faire. It was suggested that if you eat more foods with vinegar it makes your body oder and blood less appetizing. I have also heard that eating spicey food works well too. If all else fails, a little deet will do you, but be on the safe side with deet....more is not always better. :) ~Black Hearted Pearl The optimist expects the wind. The pessimist complains about the wind. The realist adjusts the sails.
Rumba Rue
Somehow having yer mate smellin' like stinkin' vinegar when yer tryin' ta get cozy, just has a really bad smell about it.....
Rummy3
I loves Balsamic Vinegar (what Italian doesn't?) and the way I looks at it - if'n you both partakes of it - then neither will suffer and the cozying can continue (sans bug bites!) BILLY BONES
Aye, we have a few pretty good maps on the truck, including Chinese ones. Can't aquire any for a good year, at least. Rummy, ....Ah, I'll just leave it alone. Got cloudy here again, but it ain't rainin'. Regards, Billy Capt. William Bones Then he rapped on the door with a bit of stick like a handspike that he carried, and when my father appeared, called roughly for a glass of rum. This, when it was brought to him, he drank slowly, like a connoisseur, lingering on the taste, and still looking about him at the cliffs and up at our signboard. "This is a handy cove," says he, at length; " and a pleasant sittyated grog-shop. Much company, mate?" My father told him no, very little company, the more was the pity. "Well, then," said he, "this is the berth for me." Proprietor of Flags of Fortune.
