Rick, who has been working to organize a Piarate Fest for July 15 -16 here in New Orlean. Specifics are still up in the air, but there's talk of a reenactment of the jailing of the Baratarians; an appearance by the Bilge Pumps; a pirate Ball; and much, much more!
