William Brand Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 I am well. Well enough to know that I am well, and that I should complain of nothing, having as I have, sooo much.

Lily Alexander Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 Like a human being again. After nearly 2 weeks of either sleeping on the floor or in the recliner, I finally got smart and bought a smaller puppy crate that will fit in the bedroom. It felt so good sleeping in my own bed again. Even though I still had to get up several times, I actually got a good night sleep. Cpt Sophia M Eisley Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 Pleasantly full, but cold. (Just ate, and am at work in my chilly office). Perhaps we'll meet again under better circumstances. ---(---(@ Dead Men...Tell No Tales. Welcome, Foolish Mortals...

Ransom Posted December 24, 2007 Posted December 24, 2007 Oh, VERY Christmass-y. NOT Instead of waiting for Santa, I'm waiting for a plumber. Last night when I started the dishwasher, all the water backed up into the bathtub and toilet. Very fun. Fortunately a plumber is coming out some time this morning, but until then I've been forced to use, in the rain, the "great outdoors." Which brings to mind a certain song, with slightly altered lyrics..."Raindrops keep fallin' on my butt!"... Hope you all have a lovely Christmas with familiy and friends. ...schooners, islands, and maroons and buccaneers and buried gold... Red Cat Jenny Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 I feel I am on a fast trip through time zones...work changed my shift 4 times in 12 hours. So much for an afternoon lazing on the couch..sigh. However, I got my annual revue. Another stellar mark in my file yay! Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.... Hester Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Congrats on your review, Jenny! And Happy New Year all! I'm feeling ... well, slightly drunk actually. And a tad apprehensive ... I have to attend a family funeral tomorrow for an older relative, which will be sad. And bittersweet, to see many friends and family that I haven't seen in a long time. But looking forward to the New Year ... with lots of social activity. I'm going to be dancing my feet off in 2008! Scottish, English, Contra ... and now Irish! (What was I thinking when I signed on for this?) Got new dance shoes today, though! Anyhow, lots of swinging in those dances, so I'm bound to feel dizzy throughout 2008. But, in a good way. Cheers & g'night!
