In my 3 months there I was not once served any on printed news print in London or Stratford Upon Avon or Bath for that matter ...chould have just been the chippies I went to though. Yer only supposed to watch the speech and then hope for four years that maybe, just maybe they might accomplish something half way decentI went to a 10:15 AM appointment and qwas home by 11:00 AM. The TV station that I was watching said that the swearing in was to take place at 11:30 AM. I thought ...half hour ...I'll wait. Wait I did! ...an wait ...and wait ...and ...finally! After the speach and a few other things I decided I needed a few more hours sleep (I had only about 5 hours of sleep) so that I would not fall asleep at work. I woke up and around 4:30 I turned on the tellevision on before I left the house ...the parade was just starting. LOL Poor frozen marchers. William Brand
Today's special is a thin slice of Spam fried up and served on toast. My Grandma would make it for me whenever I saw her, and when I was young, I thought it was the best thing in all the world. A moment of silence for my Grandma. At only 5 feet and maybe an inch or two, she was one of the tallest, most noble women I ever knew.
