William Brand Posted March 7, 2007 Author Posted March 7, 2007 Today's special is Dutch babies... Now Mr. Red Wake that looks delicious but what, pray tell *is* it? The name is just a little disconcerting. Think 'German pancakes', not 'A modest proposal'.
William Brand Posted March 7, 2007 Author Posted March 7, 2007 William my good man, might I be able to get something to help me sleep this morning? Remember this is my bedtime so a nice glass of port and something to eat with it would be acceptable.I love being able to drink alcohol at this hour! Perhaps some crepes would serve...?
Silkie McDonough Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 mmmmmmm! Williammmmmmmmmmm! Marry me! Oh. Drat ...you are already married. Well, I guess I have the better deal anyway ...he pampers me and I don't have to do his laundry.
William Brand Posted March 7, 2007 Author Posted March 7, 2007 I believe Blackbeard had several wives. Or was it Bart? I forget. I actually do my own laundry much of the time.
William Brand Posted March 7, 2007 Author Posted March 7, 2007 I think I shall prepare a nice corned beef hash for breakfast, in lue of the upcoming holiday for our dear St. Patrick.
CrazyCholeBlack Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Think 'German pancakes', not 'A modest proposal'. yumm, in that case, can I have twins :) "If part of the goods be plundered by a pirate the proprietor or shipmaster is not entitled to any contribution." Silkie McDonough Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 I believe Blackbeard had several wives. Or was it Bart? I forget. I actually do my own laundry much of the time. Is that a proposal ...Redbeard? Your own laundry? Even better!
William Brand Posted March 8, 2007 Author Posted March 8, 2007 If you aren't sure, chances are that it isn't.

William Brand Posted March 8, 2007 Author Posted March 8, 2007 Hopefully ye wouldn't turn away a cold infested Bunny on a day when she be too tired t' put up a fight! My most profound apologies. I read your statement as "cold, infested" rather than "cold infested". So in fact, what you mean to say is... ...You are infested with cold, or better yet, chilled to the bone? We have some excellent warm and hot drinks which should assist you nicely.
Silkie McDonough Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 If you aren't sure, chances are that it isn't. Drat! I knew it was too good to be true ...just give me the laab then.
William Brand Posted March 9, 2007 Author Posted March 9, 2007 There, there. We'll always have the pecan...
Silkie McDonough Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Given the choice between a married man and pecan pie I'll take the pie ...even IF that man is Redbeard!
