lady snow Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 be needing something to calm my insides. not ill, mind you, just got back from a deposition all afternoon. had a major accoident at work a few years ago cause of an inherent safety flaw on the equipment. filed a product liability lawsuit and the com,pany (both former empolyer and manufacturer of the press) are trying to make it look like the whole thing was all my fault and not theirs in any way! the ones with all the money, make it really difficult for those of us little people who don't. and try to make it look like we're just looking for an easy buck. those nonsense - nuisance suits - make it all the more difficult - like that idiot that spilled coffe and sued mcdonald's cause she burned herself. forgive the venting. i'll join you there ciaran, if you can put up with me. some gnocchi too, please, william. thank you muchly, luv! ~snow with faith, trust and pixiedust, everything is possible if it be tourist season, why can't we shoot them?
