In case I've missed any of you in the email replies... here is what you need to know!

Below are the instructions from MAKE A WISH. They are thrilled we are participating. We are pure entertainment so we will not be selling, just drawing people in to buy.

The Burbank Media Center is located between MAGNOLIA and BURBANK in Burbank. There is plenty of parking and we will be meeting in the dead center of the mall on the lower thrid floor.Ask anyone where the Merry-Go-Round used to be and they can show you the way.

We are allowed our *costume* weapons and they MUST be peace tied. We are encouraged to bring anything that will be entertaining to the kids, stories, games whatever.... and she did ask that we all remember tht this is not a Faire but a family event so no bawdy behavior if you please.

Please be at the mall by 9:45 and we'll have a great day!

Oh... she also said we were to ignore the *dress code* in the instructions! Email me if you have any further questions!

Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift. I have attached the schedule for this event We feel it is necessary to represent LA Make-A-Wish in an appropriate fashion therefore we ask that you do not wear short-shorts, cutoffs, or jeans. Walking shorts, slacks or khakis would be preferable, and a plain shirt. Your contact person upon arriving will be the MAW staff person listed on the calendar in red for your day.

PARKING

Please feel free to park in the west garage off 1st Street and Cypress (by Macy's). This garage is the most convenient to center court.

MONEY BOX

The money box will be stored in the security office, which is located by the management office on the first level. When the first shift arrives, they should go to security to check the box out. Likewise, the ending shift of any day should return the box to security before they leave. Our security staff remain on the property 24 hours/7 days a week. If you have any questions, the contact number for the security office is 818/566-6525; this number will be answered 24 hours a day. Please be sure the box is locked each evening when turned into security; the combination for the box is 000 (3 zeros).

PUMPKINS

The pumpkins will be brought out on each Thursday morning by the mall operations staff and will remain on display throughout Sunday when they will be stored for the week. If the pumpkins need to be restocked during the selling period, please call security and they will get with mall operations to bring additional stock to you.

We will provide two 22"x28" signs with the pricing info. and hours.

The Burbank Town Center marketing department will track all income from the sales and present a check to Make-A-Wish after the program ends.
