"You have a woman's skin, m'lord! I'll wager that hides never been rubbed with salt and flayed off to make stockin's for a pirates best cabin boy!"

Rosalinda Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 Off topic...only a little...I just got "The Man Who Cried" DVD. Depp plays a gypsy in it. He doesn't say much...but he sure does look fine..... real fine! Has a nice little Romani accent in it too... Can't wait for his new stuff ... one comes out in Sept (OATIM) and another one to follow in November...
Rosalinda Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 True. Guess I better say something about POTC just to keep this thread straight. Since we're talking scripts and quotes, I'd like to know everybody's favorite quote from POTC...or favorite scene...
Rosalinda Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 Wouldn't be messin' with the Pearl, if I were you. Might make a lot of ladies angry. ON TOPIC: Just love it when Sparrow says "Bonnie Lass" Just sounded good. Really good.
Morgan La Scylla Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 Favorite Quote from POTC! From the marooning scene, of course! Jack: But why is the rum gone? Hoist the colors Laddies! We're goin' in fer the kill!
the Royaliste Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 No respect fer animated ships, The Lady, The Rose(me old sparrin mate),the Grand Turk, meself. Real ships, real pyrates....Hard to board a fantasy, the deck isn't very 'solid' RRR
Rosalinda Posted August 13, 2003 Posted August 13, 2003 But sometimes a fantasy ship is all a lass has to work with...
Cap'n Knifehand Ken Posted September 6, 2003 Posted September 6, 2003 Me favorite scene be the first ta show Cap'n Jack Sparrow. Sailin on the sinkin ship, lookin regal and proud! The pirate Knifehand Ken captured many galleons, killing over five-hundred men in cold blood. He would tear the captains hearts out and swallow them whole. Often forcing his victims to eat their own lips.
crow Posted September 6, 2003 Posted September 6, 2003 I knows that this is slightly of topic cap'n but did thee know that the Grand Turk is up for sale ? Check out Baum and konig brokerage . she is right pretty she is ... Lord above please send a dove with wings as sharp as razors , to cuts the throats of them there blokes what sells bad booze to sailors .. " Illigitimiti non carborundum . "
