blackbeards_ghost
Cool! I'm not going to be able to make Comi Con, unfortunately. I'm moving back to the East Coast to do some ghost hunting. If you're into that sort of thing, you can find out more here: www.spidergates.com Wish I could go, but I'm going to tour the East Coast Cons this year, hopefully. Dwight L. Captian Wolfy Wench
Yer part of the SD SW Society? Are you a member in your local Fanforce? I'm part of the Los Angeles Fanforce. I'll make sure to visit you at yer booth, Jedi/Capt. Grey, and we can meet in person! A captain in love with SW... my kinda pyrate! Yer favorite character Solo as well, or is that jus' me? Heh. This comic looks grea'! A few pictures I saw in the gallery looked really nice, but a few were rather odd. I love collectin' mini series! Capt Grey
I sent ye a PM, Wolfy Wench. I think I've taken this thread too much off the topic. My apologies, blackbeards_ghost. blackbeards_ghost
No problem, Cap'n Grey! I don't mind. Cap'n Wench (seems funny writing that hehehe), you said that some of the pictures were odd? Maybe Blackbeard's dreadlocks, or the weird Kidd first sketch are kind of different. When I told the artist that I wanted BB to have dreadlocks, he said "What are dreadlocks?" And yes, my favorite character is Han Solo. :) Dwight L. The artists are obviously very skillful, and are fabulous at the comicbook style illustrations, but I've nothin' to pick at the character designs. They all look better in color. Katie Nameless
Every single solitary one o' those comic series looks terrific. The premise of Black Bart, Blackbeard and William Kidd workin' all together....unlikely, but a kick-arse team, all the same! I'd sign up fer that one in an instant. Did ye check out that Spider Cemetery one? *shudders* I think I might be goin teh midnight release parties for tha' one....in MASSACHUSETTS. *so not a necrophilliac* "Oh, never, never, never again, If I live to be a hundred or a hundred and ten.
