Yes, that first banner was originally orchestrated and painted by @William Brand for the Fort Taylor/Key West event. @Mary Diamond made a smaller banner that's (more manageable) been shown/used at various Shows and our 1721 events. 

But @Brent Gilbert, if you want to make a Pyracy Pub banner yourself and fly it, you are more than welcome to do so - just share pictures with us.
