There are so many events to choose from, but finding one close to the area you are looking for, on the date you have in mind, can be a little daunting. Oooh, shiny!
madPete Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 I think we would have to code for lat/long to do that. And add a new search page that takes your desired location within x miles and y date. I suppose its possible, but not sure. If you click the calendar icon, there is another view you can use, but I'm not sure its better, just different. Aye... Plunder Awaits!

This is a great idea! William and I talked about doing similar, back when we first resurrected the Pub - along with incorporating a Google Map or something. It's just a matter of pawing/digging through the library/database and finding something that suits our needs. It's also might be something we could employ someone to make for us, depending on the scope and cost.
Stynky Tudor Posted January 22 Author Posted January 22 2025 SITE MIGRATION The message board software we use on the Pub has requested that we upgrade our PHP and SQL to the latest greatest versions. Our hosting service has agreed to migrate us to a new server that supports the newer versions, as a result we are likely to experience down time - from about now until February or maybe even March. Feel free to post any issues or concerns you have here.
