If possible start a grove of white oaks on the plantation for future use. 75 - 100 years isn't long if you're a tree. ;)

It's a shame all the mature damaged trees from Sandy were just carted off, many to be chipped up.

I'm sure a lot was salvageable for public and private ship restoration projects.
