Jack Roberts Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Well Brig has put both feet into the craziness of bobbin lace. So I decided to make her a nice pillow that could be used at events and still be period. (at least period looking) First real woodworking I've done for reenactments. (and I'm not a carpenter) Take a look.
Captain Jim Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 OK, it's official. Yer both insane and seem to transend both time and space as you apparently have more of both than anyone could possibly have within the constraints of the physical sciences as we presently understand them. Qualifies ye both as FB's, and I say that with all the respect and jealousy I can muster. My occupational hazard bein' my occupation's just not around...
jendobyns Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 Good for you both! The pillow and the lace look wonderful!

LadyBarbossa Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Oooo... right nice! Tell Brig... I'm mighty jealous! Can't wait t' see more of her handiwork! Can never have a short supply of lace. Especially for we pirates who fancy sporting fine lace. I suppose... we shall be dubbing her th' Lacemaker from now on? Hmm? :) ~Lady B Tempt Fate! an' toss 't all t' Hell!"
