You see... We were going to do a Renewal Of Vows to celebrate our 20th year married (24 as friends) and we were going to do it Pirate Style here in BC. BUT due to a SERIOUS lack of time and money, we are unable to do it now. YET our wonderful Brethren in the US (Mostly the work of Black Widow from http://www.piratesofthepacfic.com/index.html ) made it quite clear that in these hard times a declaration of love, such as this, should not be over looked. She also insisted on thanking us for all that we've done for them. So... Black Widow and the lovely Rosie, have banned together (gotten us a minister and set up the pot luck reception and.... this is going to be wicked!) and are organising a Renewal Of Vows for Hubby and I. This means, as a thank you, Charity and Cobbs will be adding their talents to the line up in the schedule of performers and as many of the Jade Dragon crew (Key and support crew) as we can passport muster, will be coming to Rusty Scuppers. The Renewal is open to the 'public' and is going to be part of the entertainment on the Saturday night. Would love to attend but it's a might far from me landlocked port of Funston Georgia. (2980.5 miles, 43 hr 11 min driving time) Many more happy years for ye.
