PLUNDERING PYLOS PARKER Posted December 30, 2010 Share Posted December 30, 2010 try boiling 2 gallons of apple cider and liberal amount of red hot candies big fist fulls, until they dissolve, add cinnamon sticks to the boil for about 1 hr, let cool and strain out imperfections, add everclear (1 litter) , let stand in onion bottles and enjoy a few days later. It'll be a bit green for New Year's (not that anyone's likely to mind) but should be nice and mellow in a week, then we'll bottle it up. So, did this book inspire you to start making up your own?
