captscurvy_nc Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 I'm putting together a short video for my upcomming fundraiser and I need some piratey music in the background. Does anyone have any original compisitions or favorite sea shanty type music (no lyrics) they would be willing to send me to use for the video? My e-mail is csuttle3@gmail.com Need something dramatic but upbeat. Really appreciate all the help
Jas. Hook Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 (edited) Cap'n S - The movie score from Treasure Island (TV movie) was written and performed by the Chieftains. Mixed tunes with a celtic flavor and was released on CD, as I believe, Chieftains Reel Music Film Cuts. It also contains some of their other film scores. Jas. Hook Edited September 10, 2010 by Jas. Capt Thighbiter Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Scurvy Ye can use our tune "Flemish The Rope", an instrumental we wrote - on our Pirate Scum CD. Snappy litle tune that sounds very piratey. Pirate music at it's best, from 1650 onwards The Brigands
