Mission Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 Pretty cool. I especially like the nameplate. Mycroft: "My brother has the brain of a scientist or a philosopher, yet he elects to be a detective. What might we deduce about his heart?" John: "I don't know." Mycroft: "Neither do I. But initially he wanted to be a pirate."
LadyBarbossa Posted February 27, 2010 Posted February 27, 2010 Nice. :) I want one now! Bloody, hell that would fantastic for one's home or work place or even take to events! They need to make them again. ~Lady B Tempt Fate! an' toss 't all t' Hell!" "I'm completely innocent of whatever crime I've committed." The one, the only,... the infamous!
Blackbead Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I can't believe it went for $102!!! I have a couple of the CD/Nano players that look like the chest that holds Davey Jones' heart in "Dead Man's Chest"; they look pretty cool, always draw attention at the shows where I vend but they are plastic and not as nice as this radio. I have one for display and one for sale and I hope it goes at the Texas Pirate Festival in May! I'd love to have one of those radios, though . . . "In the end, it's not the gold that sets our sails, 'Tis freedom and the promise of a better life That raises our black flags."
