MorganTyre
Below is a quick and dirty cotton bell rope. Lanyards of that sort are only $15. Below that is the cat I posted earlier with it's final finish on it. It looks and smells great. Of the things I've made this is one of my favorites. PoD
The Cat looks great. I'll definately be interested in one of them once you start making some to sell ...and then I discovered the wine...

LadyBarbossa
Ooooo... I'm really likin' that cat. Eyein' it whilst droolin. ~Lady B Tempt Fate! an' toss 't all t' Hell!" Just got that Cat this morning and its awsome. The quality of the rope work is top notch. It should however not be used to try and threaten your wife into making dinner as it doesn't stop flying plates ...and then I discovered the wine... MorganTyre
And how much does one of those cat's cost? I currently have a couple of wooden handled ones for $20. They're at the shop so I'll have to snag pictures tomorrow. All the cordage on the whip came out of my rope walk. The tails are flax and have wall knots at the ends. There's a large turkshead of hard laid cotton at the top. All of the handle is coated with pine tar. Custom work and all knotted items like the one pictured are PM worthy but prices are reasonable. Give a shout if you are interested or curious.
