Commodore Swab Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 So what kind of toll might we be able to collect from those returning in the wee hours of the morning?
Capt. Sterling Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 So what kind of toll might we be able to collect from those returning in the wee hours of the morning? Ah now here's the rub, you will have to ask to see a special coin, ye just won't be allowed to collect it... Raphael Misson Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 I'm volunteering myself and Mae for General Grounds/Cleaning Detail: 0830 on Saturday. :) No, you're job has to be to come up with a Leia/Oola belly dancing routine. Capt. Sterling Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 sorry Mission after hours and if they end up sleeping in my tent again (which they are certainly welcome to do so)... no green... Raphael Misson Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 (edited) You took that seriously? I think you're the only one. (Even Brig won't take it seriously.) Sorry I'm putting a non-serious post in the serious thread. Thinking of PiP does that to me... (BTW, this stream of nonsense is all descended from this thread. Mission, like a deranged elephant, doesn't forget things. Especially absurd things.) ...you know, she could use clown makeup...it doesn't come off (even when you're trying to get it off. William Brand Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 Don't mention it. I will gladly take a watch every night if we don't have enough when the event grows closer. Just giving everyone a chance to man a watch. Just out of curiosity, why not on the even hours and in four hour watches? Midwatch. Morning Watch. You don't have to answer that. I know period watches would be a little long for any of us after tramping around all day.

I know period watches would be a little long for any of us after tramping around all day. The watches aren't the areas I'm worried about :). Those will fill. When this was posted, there were 132 spots to fill and approx 35 filled so far. Not bad for a little over 24 hours posted. Not to mention there are folks not on the pub, so unfortunately for them, they might get the chance to take any leftover spots at registration. After that, if there are spots to fill, it will be brought up at the first captains meeting. It would be great to see it all fill now, but....... If everything does fill, there is no law that says more people can't pitch in for any given spot. The more the merrier and lighter work for all. As to the watch times, that's what they wanted, lol If you're gonna give me a headache, please bring me an aspirin! http://www.forttaylorpyrates.com/
