Sgt Johnson
October 15 is the tentative "deadline" in order to obtain more footage from the park... I have pmed all concerning the thread but have not received all the necessary info... please let me know at least a ballpark figure and if any on the pub know alternate ways of contacting some of the folks not yet acknowledged please do so... Thank you so very much for any and all assistance with this matter. I am already on the roll call list. I am a bit behind the curve on the tent footprint. I apologize. Last minute changes and such. I will be needing a space 26' long by 18' wide. I will be bringing extra canvas with me. (in case a wind/rain break is needed or for any crew in need). Not sure who else has turned in their footprints for Searle's Buccaneer's (Buccaneer Camp). At last count there were 7 to 8 of us making the trip. Again I apologize for this information being supplied so late. Edited October 24, 2009 by Sgt Johnson "For God and the King" Sgt. Hawkyns
I know I posted this somewhere, but damned if I can find it now. So, just to be safe, I have a 10x14 pavillion, plus 2 foot of ropes on each side for a total 14x18. I'll be merchanting, and inside the fort. All period, nothing modern showing. Hawkyns Cannon add dignity to what otherwise would be merely an ugly brawl I do what I do for my own reasons. I do not require anyone to follow me. I do not require society's approval for my actions or beliefs. if I am to be judged, let me be judged in the pure light of history, not the harsh glare of modern trends. Shay of the Keys
OK... the Buccaneer Camp has kind shrunk to two people.... but we may be combining with the other Buccaneers (Steals (sp) Raide dudes.....) But I'm kinda thinking... that we don't "have to be" on the Beach... so we could move a little bit farther back....Hey Buccaneers look good camping out in the woods....... Captain: My apologies, as I thought my tent dimensions submitted a while back were confirmed, and my computer has been non-operational for several weeks. My footprint is an 11' frontage with app. 10' depth. I'll be with both the buccaneers and Hurricane's group, in a period tarp/tent held up momentarily by a centuries-old oar. Put me wherever onlookers need comic relief. -Shay
William Brand
With PIP coming up fast I just wanted to be certain that everyone is provided for. I may have promised an extra tent to someone that is no longer attending and I wanted to be sure no one is left out in the cold. Please let me know if I spoke with any of you about providing you with a tent at PIP. Thanks.
