can't post new even in raids

Sargent Johnson is trying to post a new event in st augustine for labor day and cant find a new post button or option for adding a new event and asked for my help and i couldn't find THE BUTTON either, Help please

Events have to be given to a moderator or Admin so that we can put them up as we have to post it diffrently. So if you have all the information about the event you can forward it to me and I can post it in the Raids section for you or him.

Honestly, this isn't working for me for me.

Is it possible to configure it that posts can be made but then don't appear until they are approved?

Ahoy Shipmates,

I know I slipped away from my post unexpectedly, and well. . . I'll literally be up in the air in a number of hours - on a flight back to the East Coast.

I know the Raids Forum is a mess and needs a lot organization.

My plate is rather full at the moment and I don't see things getting better for myself until middle/end of April.
