Red Maria
The Depp-meister has done it again! He's been nominated Best Actor for a BAFTA (British Academy of Film & Televison Arts). It's the British equivelent of the Oscar. This brings the number of nominations up to 3 for Capt. Sparrow. Very unusual for a comic performance. I'd be highly surprised if he doesn't get an Oscar nod. Another Hip Hip Huzzah for Captain Sparrow!

Mucky_Pete
Pirates of the Caribbean won a BAFTA. Unfortunately it wasn't best actor for Johnny Depp. It wasn't best special effects or screenplay. It was for.... Make up and Hair. Make up and friggin hair! I can picture it on the Poster... Pirates of the Caribbean 2 - The Monkey in a Fez. Sequel to the Award winning* film, the Curse of the Black Pearl. * bafta for make up and hair. Heres hopin the oscars are better.
