So I have been fiddling around with wood burning for a little while and decided to undertake a little project. I have needed a new coffee table for along while so I went out and procured me a nice unfinished table for a song and a dance and I am going to put my new skill to the test. I plan on covering the top of the table with a wood burned map of the caribbean. I will keep you all posted and try and get some pictures up soon.

My only word of advice is don't use to much gasoline, or all will go up in smoke. Sorry again I just have to say these things.

Git up of your asses, set up those glasses I'm drinking this place dry.

Great work! Did you free-hand all that?

I'll eat when I'm hungry. I'll drink when I'm dry. If the hard times don't kill me I'll lay down and die.

Rye whiskey! Rye whiskey! Rye whiskey I cry. If you don't give me rye whiskey, I surely will die.

Hangin at Execution dock awaits. May yer Life be a long and joyous adventure in gettin there!
As he was about to face the gallows there, the pirate is said to have tossed a sheaf of papers into the crowd, taunting his audience with these final words:

Really wonderful work. Great inspiration for ideas!

You know, I have a big wooden chest that I bought at a garage sale a while back. This would be a great way to decorate the top!

You can do everything right, strictly according to procedure, on the ocean, and it'll still kill you. But if you're a good navigator, a least you'll know where you were when you died.......From The Ship Killer by Justin Scott.

Yep, all free hand. Took me quite a while too. Those wood burning tools are fun to play around with, just take a little getting used too.

I've played with a woodburner a couple of times.... messed around.... but never done anything as cool as that.......

If I didn't have soooooo many other projects, that would inspire me to mess with the wood burner again...........

Great work....

Very nice work mate. Are you going to stain it?

Now and then we had a hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates.
