Capt. Sterling Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Sorry Jack, not what I meant... the flies need to still be running across the front of the powder magazine..where they were originally in version five, but they need to be in one straight line up to the edge. Put Mark's tent lengthwise, parallel to the right hand set of bushes, (even though they really aren't there any more and back the short end right up along the same line as the wedges. The Hide needs to slide over to the left and the Marine tent needs to go lengthwise, parallel to the street. "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... I was forced to write what I would say to prevent the loss of blood, and because of the pain I suffered by speaking."~ Woodes Rogers Crewe of the Archangel http://jcsterlingcptarchang.wix.com/creweofthearchangel# http://creweofthearchangel.wordpress.com/
Dutchman Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 then add four feet divide by 8 and take into account one nervous sheep to be named later let me know if there is any more information from the site you need.
Jack Roberts Posted May 31, 2009 Author Posted May 31, 2009 Ok version 6.1 is up! Capt'n tell me where you want to place your wedge. I forgot about it. We've got lots of room, erm, sort of. Hopefully you see this before I go to bed. Hey Dutch, can you tell me if there are any more obstructions that I don't have labeled? I see the light pole and I thought there was a tree in the upper right corner. Let me know thanks!
Fayma Callahan Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 Sacred Heart will bring the cheese and butter, as we will have access to a refridgerator in the hotel. Please let us know if there is anything else we can bring to help. We will also have a vehicle there, so if anyone needs to run an errand, it's covered. Can't wait to see you all, we miss our pyrate family! http://picasaweb.google.com/jamesacallahan100

Can I leave the other at home and save the space or is someone counting on it? Mark
Capt. Sterling Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 (edited) Jack, now we're talking... just place the fire pit in between the Hide and the Marine tent and once there, we shall shift everything a bit to the right... and I don't have a wedge, just rigging something for the powder mag... nothing more. Mark, you do not have to bring the second wedge, but thank you for the offer. Oh and Dutch, tell the sheep not to be nervous, Gunner cannot make this event and I will be extremely surprised if Cousin Robbie makes it at all.... Edited June 1, 2009 by Capt. Lily Alexander Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 Jack, if you still need us to measure the space, we'll do that for you on Wednesday. Had an emergency with one of our cats so we haven't left yet. If you're gonna give me a headache, please bring me an aspirin! http://www.forttaylorpyrates.com/
Jack Roberts Posted June 1, 2009 Author Posted June 1, 2009 When you can Lily, I'll be getting ready and packing the van for the drive up. So when I stop over at Sterling's I'll be able to lay out stuff better that evening. Capt'n I'll update the layout when I get home this evening. SWEET!!! The Calahan's are going to be there? Now I don't have to worry about getting pictures. Mark G I would double check with Mickey S. on that one. I'm under the impression that you are bringing your Pavilion and a single wedge. Thanks all!

Yes Mark has it dead on. he and his wife are using their pavillian, and they are bringing the one wedge for our friends Trish and Shannon, wife and I will be sleeping in our new wedge. So from the Ohio crew, it will be a total of two wedges and one pavillion.
Dutchman Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 (edited) east looking west. air and space is ahead, docks on left, hotel behind west looking northeast. hotel to right, air and space behind from the dock, looking towards the road with air and space on the left. note the drain where the magazine will be... i think Edited June 1, 2009 by bbcddutchman

Jack Roberts Posted June 2, 2009 Author Posted June 2, 2009 Thanks Dutch. I already see a problem. The trees lining the perimeter. That's going to cause some issues. Lily do you think you guys could measure the trees also? So I know where they are placed? I would like to know how far apart and how far in they sit. This is the proverbial wrench being thrown into the works.
Dutchman Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 (edited) actually, you are in better shape. the trees sit 6 feet in from the sidewalk and are roughly 30 feet apart. the 6 feet in is the same placement of the old shrubs that you see in the satelite shot. so you gain 12 feet in length and width. I have not seen a copy of 6.1. can you post it here and we'll work through it. pm with my # comin to ya. Edited June 2, 2009 by bbcddutchman
Dutchman Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 found it. bloody organized pirate hunters. actually found a crew worse than this though!! you should see the royal marines planning! they have operation plans complete with an e-mail/phone tree watch. I placed an e-mail and got a call from the man i needed whom i never met or heard of within twenty minutes!!!

Cheeky Actress Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 (edited) $50 for a Shuttle?! Well, I guess I won't be doing anything extra next weekend. Edited June 2, 2009 by Cheeky Actress Member of "The Forsaken"
Silkie McDonough Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 Cheeky, you could check for a bus or train. That may be less expensive.
Jack Roberts Posted June 3, 2009 Author Posted June 3, 2009 Sorry for the delay folks. I've been stuck in Stays hell all day. Going to get an update tomorrow. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for your patience.I thought I saw you there! I was popping in and out between calls. BINDING IS DONE! 17 holes for the lacing and I am done. Well, sinless I find that I have time to add the colored ribbon to the binding. Yep, I am a glutton for punishment. Edited June 3, 2009 by Silkie McDonough
Jack Roberts Posted June 3, 2009 Author Posted June 3, 2009 Yet again I'm "clapped in irons". I haven't hat the chance to do anything yet. Poor baby was running a low grade fever this morning. Doc thinks it's teething. Try for an update tonight. If not, tomorrow!
