sutlerjon
Where is the cord? What no keyboard? Oi, it's like one o' them blackraspberries you use a pointy thing to push the keys. I'll see if my cat can cotch ye a mouse to go wit' it. Do I need to send ye some ink tablets to refill the ink cartouche? I bet it's got one o' them manual printers, course if Dutch don't learn 'is letters it'll never work! Lord & Protector help 'im if 'e's gotta do anything with the photo's. Let's all pitch in an' send 'im some spiders so it'll get hooked up to the "web" I could go on 'n on ad nauseum but it'd probly make someone sick, and we know there's enuff o' tha' goin' 'round. Capt. Sterling
Where is the cord?I bet it's got one o' them manual printers, course if Dutch don't learn 'is letters it'll never work! Tis the early 18th century, knowing one's letters is not of importance, at least not for one of his station. Although one must confess, looking at a sheet full of "X"s could become mighty dull rather quickly. Lord & Protector help 'im if 'e's gotta do anything with the photo's. I concur most whole heartedly "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... Littleneckhalfshell
That is a fyne model you have got there. No need to discuss gigs or ram with a fyne piece of technology such as that. Functions at the speed of thought!!! now wait a minute, that is just the thing to discuss gigs and ram. You might want to order a new gig.... ""Wooden captain gigs In general, during the era of wooden ships, it was smaller and lighter than the longboat or the barge or the pinnace. It was usually crewed by 4 select oarsmen, and a coxswain. Generally the oarsmen sat one to a seat, but each only rowed a single oar on alternating sides. The gig was not as sea kindly as the longboat, but was used mostly in harbors."" or as to the discussion of Ram, I think it is a perfectly proper action if in regard to putting home a charge in pistol, rifle or cannon! or you could write about the inexperienced coxswain, who rammed the gig into the side of the dock Edited March 2, 2009 by Littleneckhalfshell No Fear Have Ye of Evil Curses says you... callenish gunner
but with the expanded memory feature you'll know where to look ....with all the bits of knotted yarn tied around his fingers and toes The gig could also be that small barbed spear for skewering fish and the ram ....well he'd be better off with a ewe ...however we are speaking of dutch Edited March 2, 2009 by callenish gunner
