If it existed online, I'd probably know about it... That isn't me trying to be arrogant, I have just looked that thoroughly and that often...

That said Look here and Here you can learn a lot. The pattern used is (I believe) later 18th century, but some further research on shoes from the 1680s to 1720s and the use of the techniques in those web pages would likely lead you as close as you are going to get without taking some expensive and exclusive courses or classes.

Rural Pennsylvania Clothing by Ellen J. Gehret, I believe has some info on shoes as well

"I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... I was forced to write what I would say to prevent the loss of blood, and because of the pain I suffered by speaking."~ Woodes Rogers

Tidings from the 18th Century by Beth Gilgun has a chapter on making makeshift period style shoes. But I'm not aware of a general pattern out there. Good question though.

Hey Sam! Next time we get together, remind me and I'll give you the pattern I made for my shoes based on the Whydah shoe. Seeing as you're an accomplished leather smith, I think you could build them no problem.

"Now then, me bullies! Would you rather do the gallows dance, and hang in chains 'til the crows pluck your eyes from your rotten skulls? Or would you feel the roll of a stout ship beneath your feet again?"
