Jib
I have a beat up old ruff (stained and difficult to get on) and I might need to take a new role as a Spanish gentleman. I'd like to buy a ruff. Any suggestions of a good vendor? I'm not too handy with a needle and thread.
Red Sea Trade
Take a look at The Quartermaster General (I believe it is quartermastergeneral.com, but don't quote me on it). I haven't tried their ruffs yet, but they made me a lovely waistcoat and a snappy Elizabethan doublet. Prices aren't bad, either. Red Sea Trade In days of old when ships were bold just like the men that sailed 'em, and if they showed us disrespect we tied 'em up and flailed 'em, often men of low degree and often men of steel, they'd make you walk the plank alone or haul you 'round the keel. --Adam and the Ants
Rev.Sam
Having worn one of these, I can tell you they can ride a bit tight on the neck. Be sure to measure correctly before getting one. I've been choked enough in shakespeare, without the help of one of these
