Jack Roberts Posted December 19, 2008 Author Posted December 19, 2008 (edited) Perhaps we should pool some money together. That would go into a beer and rum fund for gate guards. That way we have an incentive for people to do their watches. FREE BOOZE! Wadda think? Edited December 19, 2008 by Amanjiria

HEHEHEHEHEHEHE OMG, why, oh why, I can I see this so clearly in my head? Now that made me chuckle; I see it so clearly. As for gate duty, I'm in as we all should be. Two or more at a time though, two hours max and some sort of seating/place to get comfortable. My occupational hazard bein' my occupation's just not around...
Capt. Sterling Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 Some sort of PC guard shack...snigger "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... If you have the bottle of green fairy, I'm with ya! I'll even carry ya back after your shift at the gate and take pictures so you can keep the laughter going in months to come :) You two are very mean to the poor Dogge. Capt. Sterling Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 Right then, we have more and more planned, so we need to be careful how we schedule all this... I already need to clone myself by ten for next year's event because there just wasn't enough of me to go around this year, and aye, I got an earful regarding it... Yes I would love to be in the pub and the hide and the fort and at the pirate Olympics to support my crewe and do the livng history and skits I promised all at the same time, but frankly I tried this time, ran myself ragged and no one was happy because I wasn't where they thought I should be... so honestly, it would be fun to run gate duty, but I'm thinking, just how much would it cost to hire on a security guard to watch the gate and each crew chip in for them?
