blackjohn
It was about this time last year, son #2 found my Imperial Guard helmet, and suddenly wanted to play dress-ups. So we came up with this impromptu costume. Cute. Abject evil. Cute. Abject evil... ...and the Universe imploded. Thanks. Heh... you'll get to see how cute/evil they can be in a couple years... blackjohn
I'd be wary of the force-tube It's not as bad as their lightsabers... which are their "most frequently placed on time out" toy. I tell them, "no thrusts! And the face is not a legal target." But do they listen... nooo. My Home on the Web The Pirate Brethren Gallery Dreams are the glue that holds reality together. Stynky Tudor
Carrying around a bottle of Sailor Jerry, I was suppose to be a disgruntled Cracker Jack Boy. . . but I think I look a little happy for that. Not very imaginative I know, but it went over well at a party of where most dressed-up in their usual pirate garb. Mission
Photo by Kendra Pirate Master Halloween 2008 The first thing I thought of when I saw this was, "C'mere little girl...you want some candy?" Mycroft: "My brother has the brain of a scientist or a philosopher, yet he elects to be a detective. What might we deduce about his heart?" John: "I don't know." Mycroft: "Neither do I. RedJessi
I recently went to comic book con dressed as an employee of Mooby's - the fictional fast food chain in Kevin Smith's movies. One of my next projects is to recreate a Nostromo Crew jacket from Alien. I just got the base jacket from ebay uk a few weeks ago. Haven't had to start it yet, but here is the jacket - a Royal Airforce MK III circa the mid 60s.
Red Cat Jenny
Lol Stynky. You do look great but I have to agree with lady B, you never look completely innocent. Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.... Her reputation was her livelihood. I'm a pirate, love. By nature and by choice! My inner voice sometimes has an accent! My wont? A delicious rip in time...

(Duh... like, there's gotta be a website somewhere right, or a forum, devoted totally to Alien Reenactors). That movie had some of the best costumes. I can remember seeing a bunch of them at Disney World back in '90. My Home on the Web The Pirate Brethren Gallery Dreams are the glue that holds reality together. There is a website! lol http://forum.alienslegacy.com I am a looooong time Alien quadrilogy fan and this will be my first actual created reenactment (The Mooby gear above was put together though purchases and swag from being a part of Kevin Smith's web community). My first step will be to dye the jacket to try to get it from the drab olive to a more blue/grey shade. Which will be nerve wracking! lol
Cheeky Actress
This is a costume that Tracy made for Liam. The letter opener really sells it. OMG! He is the very picture of Royalty, William.
