One is the crew march on Friday at 10am. All crews with their respective colors are supposed to open the festival by marching into the parade grounds at the fort. In regards to the Mercury Crew, Rusty Nell and Chrispy (now with the Bone Island Buccaneers) have generously offered to loan us their old flag. If this is acceptable, I will make the arrangements. The other is the pirate olmpics. You'll find out the details when you get here. hehe Ok, time for me to get ready to head out. See you all soon.
