Jack Roberts
Just wanted to say, I love you all! The Pub is like a second home to me. Chatting with all these everyone. Discussing things from the period. Missing those I've met and hoping to meet the others. What great fun. Lets keep it up! AHEM! (raising a glass full of something alcoholic) To those that are here always! And those that the Pub running! Here, here! (Drains me glass with one foul swoop) OK maybe I've had a bit much this evening, but my sentiment still stands. (Hic!)

Captain Jim
Didn't Patrick start a drunk pub thread already? Patrick is a drunk pub thread! I, too, find this virtual place sometimes more "real" than the real places I inhabit. I'm not at all sure if that is a good thing or a bad one, but it is what it is and you all are who you are: nice, generous, level-headed folks who share the common habit of pyracy. Here's to ye, Jack, and to all of us, everyone. (PS: I have half a keg of Sam Adams out on the deck, left over from Patti's (50th; you didn't hear it from me) birthday party. Anyone want to come over and help drain that thing? Perhaps I'll pack it up and take it to PiP!) My occupational hazard bein' my occupation's just not around... Fayma Callahan
I know that PiP has it's own thread, but in the spirit of Jack's post... I thought you'd like to know that the theme tag line for Pirates in Paradise this year is: "The holiday between Thanksgiving and Christmas with the family you wish you had! " 'Tis quite a family here on the pub and at the Tavern!! Raising a tankard to ye all! We love you! HarborMaster
A Grand topic and a down right deserved post. Sloppy Drunk myself here and again ., (Means I dont need as many pain meds for me neck) I feel yer pain or the love as it were Aminjiria ., about the Pub . It be the one place I feel we dont have to explain to non-pirate types why it is we are pirates. Tho most are pirates and they know that we know that they know they are pirates too ., however they dont want to admit to beÃn one ? Did that come out right? Spinni'n Least wise at least here we can all admit to our lifestyle among friends .., aye. I'll have another Milwaukie ice with a 1/4 cup o clamato and a few jalipenõ slices a teaspoon of the juice and a dash of garlic salt thank you very much ! Luvi'n it ! Gotta catch the froth so's it dont roll over me mug Edited November 22, 2008 by HarborMaster I am not Lost .,I am Exploring. LadyBarbossa
LOL... Aye, that be most true, Ransom. The Pub has been the absolute constant for me here on th' Net. Out of ALL the places online, piracy or not, this place has lasted the longest with the most active and friendliest bunch. Eventhough issues occassionally but we seem to work it out and deal with it. All in all, we truly are a Brethren. Such a fine, fabulous bunch of Pirates. Huzzah to th' lot of ye! An' Blessin's upon all ye. ~Lady B Tempt Fate! an' toss 't all t' Hell!"
