Ground adjustable props? Dang I think I would ask them to keep them neutral for dog fights. Still pretty cool for a wooden frame plane. Just strap a gun on a Pitts and I'm happy =). Call it Mini Red Baron. Or as my friend calls them.. Pittlatus lol edit: I'm just glad they worked the bugs out of this awesome beast. V-22 Osprey Edited November 7, 2008 by Thequartermaster

Morgan Dreadlocke Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Workin' fer uncle Samuel a few years back I was a'stationed at RAF Moldyhole UK fer a spell. Just off ta the south side of the village was an old gypsy wagon beautifully detailed and painted. Always meanin' too but never did get a picture 'o said wagon. Still sees it in me minds' eye. Many samples heare- http://gypsywaggons.co.uk/index.htm The Quartermaster said- "I'm just glad they worked the bugs out of this awesome beast." I wished they'd worked the bugs out a few years sooner. I'm about 2 leagues south 'o the Avra Valley Memorial. Was at an R/C night flyin' session a ways down the road when all hades broke loose. (Doffs hat in respect) PIRATES! Because ye can't do epic shyte wi' normal people.

blackjohn Posted November 11, 2008 Posted November 11, 2008 Cool stuff. Airplanes... always wanted to be a fighter pilot... Ok, how about Emile Berliner's early helicopter. It's at a cool little airport museum outside of DC. The world's oldest airport, in fact. http://www.collegeparkairport.org/ My Home on the Web The Pirate Brethren Gallery Dreams are the glue that holds reality together.
Red-Handed Jill Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 There's a pretty good aviation museum right by where I live: Hiller Aviation Museum There are all sorts of interesting flying machines here, including a rotorcycle.
