Myanmar's (Near Thailand )military junta said 23,335 people died and 37,019 were missing after Cyclone Nargis slammed into the country's Irrawaddy delta and Yangon, the country's biggest city. The United Nations said about 2 million people were severely affected. It said 206,000 people were living in 218 ramshackle relief camps, including 150,000 in and around the town of Labutta.
