As for my dearest Captain, you did behave whilst you were with those other 'cough' ladies at the event (Sly Smile)....

I...ahem.. spent most of my time stealing things from the careening camp or trying to catch up with my dear, old friend William Red Wake Brand.....someone needed to show him the error of his ways since our last night together in Barcelona.

Although there was Bambi on the beach.... and Lily and William and the others just sat there!! NOT one bit of help from any of them!!! ONLY Silkie came to my rescue....

"Oh would you take me for a romantic cruise on your ship... to Barcelona..."

What is it with Barcelona???

Surgeon%20Mission.jpg

Yay, a picture of my kit in full! (I lightened it up a bit.)

Let's see...the borrowed surgeon. Costume by Micheal Bagley, shoes from Mary Diamond, Medicine Chest (to the left on the ground) by Mary Diamond's father, bottles from eBay, haversack and linen bandages by Haunting Lily, scarf by Old Man from the Sea, hat by Patrick Hand.

Body by Cheetos.

Skeletons by unknown hand (but they sure are cool). Fort by Taylor. Sky by the gods. North by Northwest.

Gee and I assumed that you didn't eat meat for health reasons... boy did you just blow that idea right out of the water! :(

I'm really enjoying seeing the photos... With me having to bail on going, it is the next best thing to being there (save maybe the upcoming video)...

Love the night shot with the guys hanging out with the lanterns. That just looks brilliant!

The shot where the flare of the cock igniting the powder of that blunderbuss is freaking awesome too (sorry I don't know the name of the person with the 'buss). :(

Who do I keep seeing pics of in the breastplate and helm? That is unbelievably awesome gear! :o

Mission, glad the garb worked well for you, it looks good, you wear it well! But my god that is a huge haversack! You must have one hell of a set to need a pouch that big! (Set of surgeon's tools that is) :o

I'm really glad everything went so well for everyone and you all such a good time of it... I am going to have to do everything I can to make sure nothing comes up to prevent me from going next year!

I think that's Billie with the'buss, and our very own Maddogge with the armor.

"The time was when ships passing one another at sea backed their topsails and had a 'gam,' and on parting fired guns; but those good old days have gone. People have hardly time nowadays to speak even on the broad ocean, where news is news, and as for a salute of guns, they cannot afford the powder. There are no poetry-enshrined freighters on the sea now; it is a prosy life when we have no time to bid one another good morning."

Dear Mad Mary! Love the pictures...(Holy Crap!...Holy Crap! Holy Crap!) Looks like a group of you pyrates ended up on Duval Street (GRIN)....I am sure that the evening parade was grand.

Oi, love the Captain's new Red Coat...how many holes are in it now?

Mary, nice shot of you upon the Wolf (it was the Wolf correct?) Any shots of 'DH - Mark or Yak Man?)

More...more pictures......I want More...NOW!!!

Post-Parade, we were pretty exhausted and footsore, but managed to wander up and down Duval a bit ~

Cap's coat is magnificent, you really must see it.

Photos are actually aboard the Liberty Clipper, a much larger ship than the Wolf. My ever patient hubby has had more photos taken of himself than he ever wanted, to be sure ~ but few by myself. To be honest, there were so many cameras about, I didn't really take that many shots (414) so I only posted the best 45 or so to the Photobucket link.

I sleep lightly with a pistol in one hand and the tankard in the other. Good luck, mate.

And the reason the Mercury camp slept in is that we spent all night guarding you lot from evil spirits such as rum, brandy and ale. Some thanks we get.

During the course of the voyage a certain snivelling coward, that so-called "Captain" Sterling did steal and carry away a certain property, a sword belonging to a most respectable seaman Patrick Hand, lately falsely accused of pyracy. The apparition that appeared in William's tent. Some can see it, others not. If you cannot it is because your are either too drunk (not likely with this lot) or too sober in which case a stout rhum will set you straight.
