captjacksparrowsavvvy Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 There is nothing like owning your own home and "home" is where the heart is, or in your case, home is where the rum is! So are you going to own cattle to help mow all those acres? That's awesome. Nohting like having a little breathing room. Never been thar but someday I'd like to visit. Of course I do not like tornados, earthquakes and have only been through very minor versions of such. But give me 12 feet of snow, wind chill minus 20 and no electricity for a week and I'll show you fun!! LOL
Zephaniah W Nash Posted October 15, 2007 Author Posted October 15, 2007 So are you going to own cattle to help mow all those acres? That's pretty much what's paying for the place, so far. Cheaper than a lawn-mower, and tasty to boot.
Zephaniah W Nash Posted January 2, 2008 Author Posted January 2, 2008 I know I'm raising a really old thread from the dead -- but we're actually moved into the house as of tonight! Only about a quarter moved, I guess (bedroom and living room stuff), and the house isn't really done yet (lots of painting to do, yet, and fix the oven) but us and the cats and the deer are officially moved -- okay, the deer does whatever she wants, but still... Yay!
Captain Jim Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 (Imagine the music) "Home, home with a range... Where the deer and the kittens all play..." Congratulations, mate. My occupational hazard bein' my occupation's just not around...
