Smallest I can find is around a men's seven - and I'm a woman's seven or seven and a half (men's size five), so this has me in a bit of a quandary. I followed the general directions here, to start. It does give a very few general directions -- most of what I did was do a search online for latchet shoes, find pictures of the ones I liked and cut the shoes to match.
