Red Cat Jenny Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 Can anyone please tell me if they can identify this ship? It looks here like it was dressed up for a movie..but I am curious about it. If anyone else has a mystery ship they need help with.post here :) Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.... Her reputation was her livelihood. I'm a pirate, love. By nature and by choice! My inner voice sometimes has an accent! My wont? A delicious rip in time...
Capn_Enigma Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 It's a frigate alright, but not "Constitution". Or they have her repainted with yellow gunports. Looks more like an Englishman to me. "The floggings will continue until morale improves!"
MajorChaos Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 At first glance I thought it was the Lady Washington, however, looking again, I'm thinking that it the HMS Rose. A google for the Rose makes me think it is just that. The Tall Ship Rose Used in the movie Master and Commander as "The Suprise" Chaos, panic, pandemonium - my work here is done. Capn_Enigma Posted July 3, 2007 Posted July 3, 2007 As "Lady Washington" has only two masts, it must've been at VERY first glance. "The floggings will continue until morale improves!"
