Isabella Gage Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 So I've been married to Capt. Lazarus Gage long enough that he has finally nagged me into earning my sea legs. I must admit, however, that the salty air and freedom of the sea have always appealed to me. I look forward to rousing piratical antics in this pub.
William Brand Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Why, Miss Gage, it is a profound honor to meet the wife of our own Lazarus. Welcome to the Pub. Allow me the honor of breaking tradition by buying you a round.
Capt. Sterling Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Welcome to the pub Lady. "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... I was forced to write what I would say to prevent the loss of blood, and because of the pain I suffered by speaking."~ Woodes Rogers Crewe of the Archangel http://jcsterlingcptarchang.wix.com/creweofthearchangel# http://creweofthearchangel.wordpress.com/
Isabella Gage Posted June 26, 2007 Author Posted June 26, 2007 Thankfully my husband is a glutton for freebies so he won't be offended by another man purchusing me a round. And a very sincere thank you.
Capt. Lazarus Gage Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 I heard something of freebies around here.....
William Brand Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Well...there may be some unforeseen pitfalls in accepting a 'free drink' from a pirate. Surely there is a parable or two waiting to be born from such an offer. Pirates bearing gifts and all that that implies. There are too many cut-purses about.

Jacky Tar Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Welcome t' the pub Isabella Gage. Since, Lazarus likes freebies, he won't mind ye buyin' the house around, me thinks.
Isabella Gage Posted June 27, 2007 Author Posted June 27, 2007 Thank you thank you (I'll heed the warnings). I guess I gave the old man quarter and he found my booty too bountiful to give up (cursed or not).
Black Syren Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Sorry Im so belated but I too would like to wish ye welcome. So...Welcome to the Pub... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v519/Dara286/trident01-11.png If you got a dream chase it, cause a dream won't chase you back...(Cody Johnson Till you Can't)
