William Brand
This is a highly loaded question and the answers could vary, but the sutler in question would do well to research Captain Twill and Plunder and spend the next few months asking a lot of questions here on the pub. The short answer...? Period stuff. The long answer? He needs to learn what stuff is period over time and in the short term, here on the pub. William Brand
I would be remiss if I didn't say what I would like to see. I would love to see someone selling everyday wares for use in the camp. Tobacco, soaps, sugars, onion bottles, clothing items, etc. I should also like to see period replicas of maps, newspapers and books. Facsimiles of this nature would be an easy sell for me.
