Capt. Sterling
I always liked this picture that Foxe has over at his site, especially for its detail... but he only shows a small portion of it... well, the other day I found the whole thing and the explanation for it was that the captain was out shopping with his wife... don't know how true that is but if it is, the look on the man's face is priceless and just goes to show that some things never change... "I being shot through the left cheek, the bullet striking away great part of my upper jaw, and several teeth which dropt down the deck where I fell... I was forced to write what I would say to prevent the loss of blood, and because of the pain I suffered by speaking."~ Woodes Rogers Crewe of the Archangel http://jcsterlingcptarchang.wix.com/creweofthearchangel# http://creweofthearchangel.wordpress.com/

Cheeky Actress
Does anyone know what the boy playing with the dog on the far right side of the painting has in his left hand? Is it some sort of toy or staff? Member of "The Forsaken"
