A friend of mine goes into the Social Security office to declare his 65th birthday and claim his Social Security benefits. The social worker asks him if she can see his Social Security Card. After a brief search .,he replies" I believe I left it at home" After some debate she asks him to lift his shirt so she can exam his chest. She the replies to him., you have plenty of grey hair going on there. I believe you and will grant your benefit. Later that night at dinner after explaining this to his wife., his wife exclaims "My Gawd your Stupid" ...., "If you would have dropped your shorts we could have gotten disability"

Red-Handed Jill thats about it too., I been trying on an off for 5 years., and gained instead., I am not obese however with my job crawling under house and ect., being 210 at 5'8" was like pushing my stomach up into my lungswhen I am under a kitchen sink cleaning a drain.,I felt winded. I am currently at 185lb., and am hoping to see 170 in the next 6 weeks? Yes this is giving me quik results., and it is the first thing I have stuck with long enough to see results., so now that I am ., I gotta keep going. It sux no doubt about it.,however after the first 10 days you get over the sugar cravings.,and I do physically feel better. Cloths fit better , and work is better.

A tossed salad for dinner and a sugar free flavored water., down 15.., hoping for 35 more. its loathesome and tasteless.,vegetables.,but I am getting used to it *sigh*.

Me too I would love to have one of those. Thanks for the heads up on this. Also I think the green was the way to go., I have Garnet for a birthstone but it would not do that ring justice. I can personally vouch for Joseph and Barbara Deans workmanship and the quality of their metal. They custom made me a 1oz "Keith Richards-Skull ring" for my pirate garb., and it looks cool as well while I am playing either my Strat or Les Paul.

Aye' I been buyin my boots from them fer a few years now. Custom Big Bells ., and not the way they are in the photos on the web., but rather a bit more exagerated.
